Integrated Performance Assessment - Mi horario escolar

¡Hola muchachos! Use the links in the outline to help you review and prepare. You also should have all this information in our class handout, your notes, and our Quizlet Classroom.

Interpretive Reading

You'll read a letter, schedule(s) or another document from a student in Latin America describing their school day. Expect a description of their schedule, descriptions of teachers and classes, when classes begin and end, and some other activities.

Review the following:

  • Class notes and icebreaker questions
  • Descriptions of classes and teachers (adjectives)

Interpersonal Speaking

Speak about your school schedules. There are two required questions (or topics) and you can ask / answer them however you would like:

  • When does a class begin?
  • When does a class end?

Presentational Writing

You'll get the exact writing prompt on the day we write in class. (But, you already know it will cover your schedule, classes, teachers, and activities. You can also include school supplies and other interesting information.)

Make sure you can do this!

  • Numbers 1–31 (for dates)
  • Numbers 0–60 (for telling time)
  • Names of your and your classmates' courses
