Getting Ready for Our First Integrated Performance Assessment
We are getting ready for our first Integrated Performance Assessment (IPA). Each IPA has three integrated parts.
1) In this IPA, you will read short biographies of online Spanish tutors. Each tutor has a short profile with personal information. Take a chance and try to answer the questions on the question sheet even if you do not understand everything. After you finish, use the rubric on the bottom of the paper to rate your own understanding and give a brief written description of why you give yourself the score you do.
2) Next, we will get to know one another and practice talking about information we can share with an online language tutor. This will take a couple of days. We'll speak in pairs.
3) Last, we'll write about ourselves for our "SuperProfe."
