"Cuánto" changes to match the gender and number of the noun it's asking about, just like adjectives.

Use the internet (menus, maps, official websites, etc.) to find real prices. You may find information in English, but try to look for Spanish sources. You can use wordreference.com and Google for any terms that are new/unfamiliar to you. Answer with the price in local currency when possible and how much that would be in US Dollars. If you can't find an exact price, give an estimate based on the information you find.
