Hola muchachos,

This will be our final project-based activity/assessment this semester. The assignment is simple: create a birthday party invitation and guest list in Spanish. You can make the invitation about your birthday, a family member's birthday (like for your younger brother), or if you want, it can be for your future quinceañera(!!) You may create it using Canva, Google Slides, or you can make it by hand on paper.

(Girls: If you choose to make your invitation about your quinceañera, remember that this is a special cultural tradition in many Spanish-speaking countries. It's a very meaningful event for girls and their families. Take the chance to imagine what your quinceañera might look like. What kind of dress would you wear? Who would your damas and chambelanes be? What would your decorations be?It’s a great way to put yourself in the shoes (literally!) of your Latin American peers.

Instructions

Your invitation must be completely in Spanish. All of the information below needs to be in Spanish and include:
- Invitados – Who is invited (family or friends, you can make a guest list on the same invitation or on another page). Relationships should all be in Spanish:
Mi madre: Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo
- Comida – What food will be at the party (provide images if that helps)
- Actividades – What people will do (dancing, presents, activities)
- Música – What music or playlist will be used
- Fecha, hora y lugar – The date, time, and place of the party
