For questions with "con quién," use 'con' and the names of people you do the activity with.
Ejemplos:
Q - ¿Con quién hablas por teléfono?
A - Yo hablo por teléfono con Ramiro.
Q - ¿Con quién miras televisión?
A - Yo miro televisión con Cecilia.
